Shipping and Returns
For availability information, please check the product description page for the item you are interested in.
Orders for items marked “in-stock” that are placed by 1pm on a business day are generally shipped the same day. Shipping may be delayed if higher volumes or items are on "on order" or "pre-order" status.
Shipping carrier is determined based on item weight, total order weight, and destination as follows:
*All wet lead acid batteries regardless of weight must be shipped LTL freight, or pickup in store.
*All orders shipped FedEx Ground-Less than 150 lbs
*All order shipped FedEx Home Delivery-Less than 70 lbs
Orders weighing more than 150 lbs, - a Customer Service associate will contact you after placing an order in case it needs to ship LTL
NOTE: If an order of any weight contains one or more items with individual weight more than 70 lbs the order is to ship LTL, please see below for further details on LTL shipments.
Transit times depend on the carrier, 2-5 days on average, depending on origin and destination.

Shipping cost is calculated on labatteries.com website prior to placing an order, based on destination zip code and order weight.
Additional charges will apply in the below cases:
Receiver does not have a loading dock/forklift
Destination is a limited access facility – that includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, schools, universities, colleges, military buildings or sites and other government buildings
Receiver’s location is not accessible by an 18 wheel truck
The customer is also responsible for the below:
High-cost delivery area charges
Appointment and notify-prior-delivery charges
Reconsignment fees (in the case of wrongly provided address upon ordering)
Additional shipping charges in the case of reconsignment (address change while in transit)
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Transit days depend on the LTL carrier and are not guaranteed unless specified otherwise.
If you find a discrepancy between the product shipped and the product you ordered, you must contact customer service at 318-636-3521 or email@example.com and explain the discrepancy to LaBatteries within five (5) days of receipt of the product. Failure to do so may result in unnecessary delay in correcting the discrepancy or a denial of the discrepancy.
When ordering mutiple items, they may not arrive at the same time if shipped from different warehouses. You may receive more than one shipment, but will not be charged for split shipment. If you are concerned about missing items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
My Order Didn't Arrive
If you did not receive an email with tracking information, or if your order was shipped LTL freight please contact our customer service associates at email@example.com. If you wish to track an order go to www.fedex.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item you ordered from LaBatteries.com does not meet you expectations, simply return to us within 30 days for full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable unless you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item.

An associate will issue an immediate credit to the original payment method.
To exchange an item, please send invoice and indicate the item you are returning. The item returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new item(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable. Shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.
